Sustainable Water Conservation & Demand Management
In accordance with the National Water Services Act 108 of 1997, the promotion of water conservation and demand management of potable water and the efficient use of rainwater is highly emphasised. In this regard, Watertite supports this principal of water conservation and demand management. Value-added services by Watertite include the installation of down pipes to be routed to suitable jo-jo tanks; the jo-jo tanks to be supplied and installed by a separate contractor. Watertite can also route existing and new down pipes to garden and other open areas to encourage infiltration for groundwater recharge.
