The team arrived on time and was quick to assist me with moving my newly bought water tank. They were clear to inform me about what they will be doing and very efficiently installed the gutters. Andre, who came out to take down our needs and to formulate the quote gave great advice and suggestions. The quote was in my budget, so was easy to give the go-ahead to proceed what we needed done. The appointment was rescheduled, and I was called by Angie to make sure I would be home. The installation team did a great job and also made sure the splash plates were firmly attached by adding additional support - I was watching them through my one-way window and they are very skilled. I placed the order with a 2 week lead time for installation on a MondayOn the proceeding Friday I got a call confirming the installation with the team to arrive at 10h00. At o9h58 they were there - ready to goAfter a short briefing with the team leader it was cleat he knew and understood the task so I relaxed and watched them go to workEvery man in the team had his task . The most interesting was the one who fabricated the bends and down-pipes. He was a real artist and a pleasure to watchIn less than 3 hours the whole job was complete and done in an accurate and professional mannerI would definitely recommend this company and if you want an interestin and pleasurable experience, take time off work to watch them do the job. You won't be disappointed.SO LET THE RAINS COME - WE ARE READY

Good day Liam I really sorry to hear this as my staff is normally extremely well mannered. As you have not bought anything from us could you tell me where you met my driver and what his name was?? My drivers/installers is not suppose to sell goods to clients - only my office staff and reps. Your message tells me you did not contact the office but approached maybe one of my staff on site?? 7 years ago these guys did an installation on my home. Wind and floods recently damaged my gutters and I then made them worse but called Watertite who came and sorted it out chop chop - excellent service
